Together as a people, we at the Mission are committed to grow. We believe that growth in our relationship with God occurs primarily through personal devotion, community worship, and fellowship with other believers. In other words, each of us here is committed to personal prayer and study, regularly attending Sunday worship services, and investing in a Mission Community. Mission Communities are how we, as a church, continue to grow smaller even as we continue to grow larger. We believe that human beings are created in and for healthy, authentic, growing relationships… both with one another and with God. In moments of joy and difficulty, we are meant to experience life together. Though many Mission Communities meet weekly and often have components of discussion, prayer, and Bible study, others meet less frequency and are centered on an activity or prayer. A Mission Community can be anything from a meal group, to a crafting club, to a weekly music rehearsal, or a businessmen’s accountability group. Learn more about “growing” in Mission Pathways.
